2. ZA 09-10 and CUP 09-01 Rezoning and Conditional Use Permit request to change the zoning on a xxx acre parcel owned by Mr. Bryan and Sandy Burris and Mr. Grover H. Rogers. Tax rec 29861 and portion of tax record 32630 located on Maners Cirecle approximately 150' south of the intersection of Old Whitney Road.
3. ZA 10-01 Rezoning request to change the zoning from R-A (Residential Agriculture) to H-B (Highway Business) for a 0.356 acre parcel (Tax Rec. 10498) to allow business. This property is located at the intersection of Canton Road (SR1249) and Canton Heights Road (SR 1250).
4. Appeal of Subdivision Administrative decision. Mr. Christopher and Mrs. Nicole Redmond have appealed a subdivision administrator decision. (tabled at the September meeting) - Update
